I'll just ramble some feedback here. I'm 45, kids moved out, single (off and on), house and money locked in pretty well. Had a vascectomy in my 20's after 2nd son born, very happy and generally have my shit together. Always wanted to be a yoked mofaka, put in the time and got in pretty good shape many times in my life, maintained well, but there's just only so far a guy can go w/o jumping on.
Found the /r/steroids subreddit right about the time I was getting back in shape after an MC accident that broke about 20 bones. Had recently gained and then lost 50lb of fat from being laid up, went for the 500mg/wk testosterone newbie cycle, and fell in love with the whole concept. It was like fucking magic, my shape changed completely in 4 months. Many guys at my age are getting TRT, I have somewhat low test naturally 250/800 range and I'm at 350, so TRT cruise doses just seem to make sense for me.
In my first 5 month cycle, I dabbled with orals and Tren too, orals were a great complement, Trensomnia is a bit of a challenge for me. My next cycle, probably 2 - 3 months from now will be Test-E & NPP + TBol kicker. I'm an all or nothing kind of guy, my Mon/Thurs TRT shots keep me motivated, boring but healthy diet saves me money and time, and even on cruise my recomp is going extremely well. Other than getting stronger, Test doesn't really affect you mentally/ emotionally unless you get a form of placebo confidence. However, if you let your Estro skyrocket you'll start feeling like you have PMS ;) I just feel like I'm the man I used to be in my 20's. If I was still in my 20's, I'd definitely PCT at least 2 or 3 times, I (personally) wouldn't want to BnC all through my 20s and 30s, in case of kids or whatever. I have all the PCT meds sitting in case something happens, so that if I ever need to come off I'm prepared to do so.
